My passion for art began in childhood with formal training from the age of 8 in India. Four years later, I was invited to teach painting to adults through a local art school until the 12th grade. I then competed in a national art contest and won entrance into a prestigious arts institute, the JJ School of Arts, which I attended for 5 years under full scholarship. I ranked at the top of my class throughout a rigorous program of study and won “Best Illustrator of the Year” (Waghulkar Prize) in my final year.

My goal is to leave an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of those who encounter my art, fostering empathy, understanding, and a renewed sense of wonder in the world.

I continued at JJ for my Masters until moving to the Austin, Texas where I began a career in art design. I worked for a few years as a Creative Director, designing print materials, multimedia, websites, and software interfaces. Art is my true passion, and it comes from my heart. It is from this quiet space that paintings emerge. My art is really about my exploration of life with color, contour, and design. From last couple of years I have focused more on self-expression.

As an artist, my work is driven by a deep fascination with the human emotions, and the spiritual connections that bind us all. My creations are a blend of observation, introspection, and imagination, reflecting my journey through life and my desire to communicate universal themes through visual expression. My art explores the intricate relationships between nature, humanity, and the divine. I draw inspiration from a variety of sources, including the rich tapestry of human cultures, and the profound teachings of spiritual traditions. I strive to blend traditional techniques with contemporary influences, creating pieces that explore the intersections of form, movement, and emotional depth. My artistic practice encompasses a range of mediums, from traditional oil and acrylic painting to mixed media and digital art. Through my art, I create moments of beauty and insight that resonate with viewers, offering them a sense of peace and inspiration.

My artistic journey is marked by a blend of traditional artistry and modern technological expertise. Later in life, I embraced the dynamic field of technology along with arts, which included software engineering and cyber security. My experience in these fields enriched my understanding of the digital world, fostering a unique perspective that I use across the domains of art and technology.
